akatsijaWhen you are trying to decide between "humanitarian way" and "human rights way" - you've already lost. The choice you will make will matter for your own conscience, and yours alone. Feeding those who suffered from the aggression to make their lives less disastrous is only feeding the aggressor.
Human rights concept cannot exist without human responsibility concept. Responsibility for one's own misdeeds. Humanitarian concept, on the other hand, does not concern itself with responsibility of the one who caused all the suffering. It is simply about helping the victims, while the mischief marches forward without any remorse.
