If EVERYTHING in the real electrical circuit is either resistance, capacitance and inductance (RLC, or even an antenna), combined with non-linear devices... Then does DC even exist?

What is DIRECT CURRENT? A river with ripples and waves you don't want to be bothered with? Or is it simply a simplification, like thermodynamics?
