The majority of population on the planet called Earth are idiots. Give them access to the internet and to chat gpt, and... and one, two, three... what will they teach that chat gpt to produce? Exactly what THEY can produce.
This is not an "artificial intelligence". This is merely a device that could be taught. Taught to copy someone else's words in a presentable form. Give it billions of teachers, all idiots, and don't get surprised when it produces idiocy.
And it's a circular configuration. So many idiots these days are quoting this "gpt" as a reference to facts. Why? Because other idiots taught it so! And taught THEM so.
It's a never-ending cycle. Idiots teach idiots how to teach idiots. Schooling, in a way. Except that quite often schools are followed by predators. Like barracudas.
